• By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the full amount stated on the invoice PLUS any additional shipping charges. Orders must be cancelled within 5 hrs of the purchase time. To cancel an order please call 866-977-2711 or email orders@insulationmaterials.com



• Shipping & Delivery
• Due to the unpredictable cost of transportation, additional shipping charges may be added to certain orders. The customer will be notified by email and given the opportunity to revise the order if additional charges are incurred.
  
  Delivery time is typically between 6-10 days, but is never gauranteed.



• Sales Tax
• Insulation Materials, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

The customer is responsible for the arrangement and payment for shipping returned product.
